Started in 1989 as a Pirate radio host on Bradford PCR Radio, 1991 to 2000 Resident at Capricorn Club , Paradise Club , Queens Hall , Bradford Uni Universe and Tolerance events , Physics All-nighters , Love Apple , Warehouse Leeds , Palm cove and many underground warehouse raves . 2000 to 2004 Studied Music Technology at Huddersfield Uni 2005 to Present Set Up Korner House Records to release own productions , now the label has over 100 releases in Electro House , Progressive House , TechHouse , Techno , Trance with over 80 artists from across the World . 2012 Set Up sister label Dirty Korner Recordings to release his Electro House and Dub step tracks which is the direction he has taken with his productions Dirty Korner Recordings has had a major year with several Top 10 hits on BeatPort , Track It Down , Audio Jelly , TraxSource and Juno Also many of these releases are featured at many a Download store, now gaining the respect of many Top industry players and also attracting other label bosses to release on DKR. 2013 looks set to be a big year for Dirty Korner crew with 7 months’ worth of releases already set for the year TheElement himself has had great susses in 2012 with a string of Top 10 hits at Beatport , Track It Down and Audio Jelly , his remix of Krystal The Killer Hit No 1 at Audio Jelly , TraxSource and Track It down it also made the Electro House Top 100 at Beatport His Remix of Beat Line made it to No 1 at Track It Downs Dub step Charts and also got to 65 at Beatport His Collab track with Dirty Stab from Russia made it to No 12 in the Beatport Glitch Hop Charts His Remix for SpekrFreks made it to No 55 Beatport Electro House Charts. His Collab track with US vocalist Ennovi made it no 69 Beatport Electro Charts His Collab GlitchHop track With Dylan Kennedy Hit number 15 at Beatport Glitchhop chart the list goes on with many a release hitting the charts in various stores , he also has gained support from major bass artists such as Far Too loud , Lazy Rich , Larry Tee , Sean Tyas , Ferry Corsten , Markus Schult , Robert Vardeny , Cold Blank , Robert Gitelman , Nikki Belucci , Morgan Page, Sawgood , Artento Divini , Gareth Emery , Myon & Shane 54 , Paul Nova , Monolythe , SoulFix , Paul Anthony , Flatland Funk , DJ Exodus , Shroff and many many more 2012 has seen TheElement work in collaborations with Jaycen & Pron , Soulfix , Ennivo , jACQ , Hot Shit , Dylan Kennady , Steve Howard and more. 2012 has also seen TheElement release on such labels like Audio Planet , Atomic Zoo , Funkk Sound , Cash Gold , Dirty Fabric , Peak Hour , Snap , SHAX TRAX , Straight UP , Dirty Korner and many more So 2013 is looking like a good year for TheElement with 5 planed and signed releases already set for this year.
